Ingredients
1 c sifted flour, white
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
2 ea egg
2/3 c sour cream
2/3 c milk
2 T water
1 T sugar

Directions
Measure flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda into a bowl and set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks are formed. In separate bowl, beat egg yolks with water and sugar. Add sour cream and milk. Add the sifted flour mixture. Stir in stiffly-beaten egg whites.
